I was in for 10 years and got off active duty in 1994. In Sept 2007, I came back in the Army to provide my prior service experience and leadership to new recruits. I am currently in school at Ft. Eustis and will finish sometime in the next few months.

back after so long away

I am currently serving in Germany. Been here 2 weeks and I am very excited about meeting my new command. I spent a month at Ft. Campbell visiting my friend, she is stationed there at the moment. We spent allot of time in Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee visiting friends and her family. All in all it was a great time. Busy, Busy, Busy

I apologise for being gone so long, so much going on and so many things to do. I am on the night shift Monday thru Friday from midnight to 11am, last week I got orders for Korea, so not sure if I am going to AIP or not over there. I am Camp Humphries bound due to report on the 16th of June, but will probably end up over there early. Anyway, trying to get my shots all up to date, my overseas physical and my flight physical all done before I leave. Alot of scheduling. Anyway, wanted to say hello b… Continue

The weekend is over................

Another weekend gone, I am sure we all enjoyed our freedoms this weekend, some of us went out, some of us stayed in, we basically got to do what we wanted to do, when we wanted to do it, but there are many in Iraq and Afghanistan and other duty around the world who did not get that opportunity. Really nice to see more people signing up! I know this is going to be a great community for a multitude of reasons. People can share experiences, trials and tribulations or just vent if need be. I am 41 years old, I served on active duty from 1984 to 1994, getting out as an enlisted E-6(P). I joined the Idaho National Guard in 1994 and left in 1999. I was a deputy sheriff in Ada County Idaho and a member of the Idaho Special Operations team for Law Enforcement, both as a member and an instructor for 5 years. Anyway- yeah, we opened an ofdfice and this si my full time job now- hopefully make a little money soon. haha.
